I teach for a year to a student in France.
I am preparing for the Brevet, particularly for mathematics and French.

Hello, I am a student at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan, a major French "Grande Ecole" (as the Ecole Polytechnique or HEC).
I want to teach mathematics to students from middle school to the first academic years.
The first session will be a discussion with the student to assess their knowledge, increase margins and motivation for each of the fields provided (30 minutes).
Then followed by reminders of courses and exercises in order to assess its level (1 hour).
In the sessions that followed, the difficulty will increase gradually depending on the progress.
I will put more emphasis on reasoning and understanding of concepts as outright learning methods and formulas.
So I do not give a lot of standardized exercises, but I prefer to select certain exercises and dissect them to derive effective and generalizable methods easily to other exercises.
I will know how to give taste to mathematics for students with difficulties, as well as giving a more comprehensive understanding of the discipline for the more enthusiasts.
