About Jamie
I have aspirations of completing a PhD with a real world impact. I have a strong interest in Biomedical sciences, public health and medicine, particularly in cellular behaviour, systems and the molecular causes of neurodegenerative diseases and how upcoming biotechnology can facilitate positive treatment.

My approach in tutoring is active recall, by asking questions that reflect the content that is being assessed. I emphasise that content is not always enough and exam practice is key to success. By practising exam techniques including question analysis and quick fire recall, this prepares students well for assessments.
