About Joel
I have finished my gcse and am studying biology , chemistry and business for my A levels. I have a big passion for those subjects aswell as a passion for teaching maths and am very patient with children, making them understanding in a very simple way and with many examples and activities that cover various abilities. I have worked with children as I have been a tennis coach for 7months now and have tutored a few children in key stage 2 maths.

I start my lessons with a quick few questions to overview what we have covered the previous lessons. Then I proceed with the lesson I have prepared on my laptop and use visuals such as images and moving animations along side simple explanations to teach .i do this to keep the lessons interesting and indulge The student as to not loose focus . I finish the lesson with a few summary questions to summarise what has been learnt during the lesson and to see if there are any areas that the student is still not certain about so that I am able to explain it more profoundly to the students understanding .
