About Nathan
I have an extensive knowledge of mathematics completing courses such as algebra and geometry in middle school completing calculus 3 and differential equations in high school both being upper level college courses. Besides the course work I find myself helping those in my classes and even my college dorm pass their math and science courses with great success. Now I do understand everyone has their own pace of learning, however I hope to be able to boost that pace so my students can reach the same level of mathematics I was lucky enough to reach.

I am big on repetition, while many schools now focus on heuristic methods I believe that memorizing shortcuts and developing an understanding of the concept is better than learning one process that works. Lesson plans will focus on first developing an understanding of the concept and then extensive problems of varying difficulty to hone and memorize the process. As a tutor I strive to make you succeed to the fullest of your abilities, excellence has been drilled into my bones. As a child my parents made it very clear to me and my sister you should not be getting anything lower than an A and I’ve followed that ideology my whole life. My lessons are primarily for high school students or middle schoolers who find themselves seeking more advanced topics.
