About Jack
I have tutored extensively over the last 5 years. I started with family and friends around the kitchen table, and have since expanded to multiple other facets; I've taught A levels, mentored school/university admissions applicants, and worked for many in-person and remote tutoring agencies.
My background involves a strong knowledge of the areas I teach. I gained 11 A*s at GCSE and 4 A*s at A Level, including Maths, Further Maths, History and Chemistry. I am currently entering my 4th year of an integrated masters in Chemistry at the University of Oxford (on track for approx. top 10% of the year), and have also been through the application process for consulting and investment banking, and am proud to have earned a summer internship as well as a return offer at a top London consulting firm.

I am here to help you with any stage of your academic career. I am an easy-going, adaptive and dedicated tutor, who will provide you with an individual experience suiting your specific needs. I am personally comfortable tutoring GCSE and A Level Chemistry and Maths, as well as providing mentoring for school/university/job applications.
As a tutor, my job extends outside just contact time. On my end, successful tutoring requires thorough preparation in order to provide as excellent a lesson as possible that is tailored to your needs. I charge an above average rate for my services, but I hope that my experience and dedication will make it worthwhile.
