About Maya
I’m currently an engineering student at NYU. I was initially a creative writing major and decided to switch paths later. I completely understand how intimidating learning new concepts can be. I believe a lot of teaching also comes down to making students comfortable with concepts. A lot of us have the capability to learn but tend to get afraid of the concepts. This is because we don’t learn problem solving techniques or thought patterns early on in life. My goal as a teacher is to ensure you give yourself a fair chance by learning the right way to approach a problem
