My teaching methodology is flexible because I have come to understand that individuals are different and as such, their learn process and mode of assimilation are different. So first I like to talk to my students about their general life views no matter how young and how they like to learn and how learning has been for them so far. I then proceed by using the data and findings from my conversation with them to come up with an effective learning guide.
