About Reshma

Hi I am Reshma! I am currently a senior studying economics at a top U.S. university. I have grown to love economics over the past 4 years however I know that many people can struggle with it. I have helped many fellow students with economics and have found the process very rewarding. I have turned to online tutoring to hopefully help even more people succeed in this subject! In the past, I have worked as a Spanish tutor so I do have some formal experience. My goal is to always create a welcoming environment where people feel encouraged to ask questions. I know economics can feel very abstract at times so I am willing to answer every question till you feel 100% confident. After my session, I want you to not only understand the material but feel more comfortable and confident in any academic setting.

About the lesson

My teaching style mirrors that of my best professors. I will first walk you through the concept so you are introduced to ideas. Then, I will walk you through a series of increasingly complex problems so you get a chance to apply and internalize information. This is the method I personally use to learn, and it has worked great!

I am willing to work at whatever pace you are comfortable with and focus on creating a kind environment. I am also willing to help with math basics if that is where you struggle.

My lessons are best for high schoolers and college students who are working through introductory economics courses. Hope to work with you soon!!
