I tell my future students as " I am a learner".when people are learning from each other and have a platform to share their knowledge, that builds a sense of community. I thought Knowledge might be power but it's much more powerful when it's shared.

I try to remind them study's importance, be aware of the consequences of not studying, give a verbal encouragement. I find out their perfect learning style. I breakdown students goals into smaller and smarter steps. I always create reward system for studying.
