About Adriana
On June 25, 2015, I successfully completed my training as Commercial Foreign Language Assistant at the Berufskolleg Südstadt in Cologne. Since my education gives me both business knowledge and linguistic competence, the position in your company appeals to me. First of all for my personal background. During my apprenticeship, I worked as a waitress in a restaurant serving fine Italian cuisine, which my parents have been successfully operating for 32 years. As a result, I have learned, among other things, a very good relationship with customers. I am also very familiar with the work processes and requirements in a small business enterprise, as I also carry out organizational activities in our restaurant. During my apprenticeship I was part of an internship in England in the company Internship. UK in translation department. There I wrote articles in English in English and then translated them into German, Spanish and Italian. In addition, we developed a business plan in groups and subsequently presented it to the other trainees in a PowerPoint presentation. We were also involved in training new interns and preparing for important meetings. In addition to my internship, I acquired 2 language certificates for further education in London at the European College of Business and Management. During my graduation period, I completed an internship in a travel agency. In addition to catalog management and ordering, my field of activity also included the processing of customer requests in Italian. With a great deal of interest, I had an employee explain the travel booking portal to me on the computer.
