About Reilley
I am a Mathematics Education student at SUNY New Paltz and will be completing my student teaching placement next semester, the final step toward becoming a certified math teacher. I am passionate about helping students build confidence in their mathematical abilities and develop a deeper understanding of the subject. As a mother of two, I have experience working with children of different ages and understand the importance of patience, encouragement, and individualized support. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, overcoming challenges, and reaching their academic goals. I look forward to helping students succeed while continuing to grow as an educator.

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style. Whether a student needs help understanding challenging concepts, completing assignments, or preparing for exams, I provide personalized support to help them succeed. For test and state exam preparation, I use a guided practice approach that encourages students to actively work through problems while receiving feedback and support along the way. This helps build both understanding and confidence. I also emphasize strong note-taking skills, problem-solving strategies, and memory techniques that help students retain information and apply concepts independently. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to develop the skills and confidence needed for long-term success in mathematics.
