About Ivy
I am a passionate French tutor with 8 years of experience helping students at all levels build strong language skills, having successfully worked with approximately 150–200 learners. My approach focuses on personalized learning, where I carefully assess each student’s strengths, challenges, and goals to design lessons that are both engaging and effective.
I use a variety of teaching methods, including interactive discussions, storytelling, and real-life applications, to make learning dynamic and meaningful. Along with strengthening grammar and vocabulary, I place a strong emphasis on pronunciation and conversational fluency to ensure students can communicate confidently.
I am committed to fostering a supportive learning environment where students feel motivated and comfortable to express themselves. My goal is to help learners not only achieve their academic or professional objectives but also develop a lasting appreciation for the French language.

Communication is a central focus, with consistent practice in speaking and listening that helps students develop fluency naturally. Collaboration is incorporated through engaging activities such as storytelling, conversations, and situational exercises that reflect real-life usage of the language.
Alongside French, I include grammar, writing skills, and cultural context to provide a well-rounded and effective learning experience
