About Poli
I am a passionate violin tutor with 11 years of teaching experience, working with students from beginners to advanced levels. I teach school students, college learners, and working professionals, helping them build strong musical skills. My teaching philosophy focuses on personalised learning and consistent effort.
I understand that every student is unique, so I adapt my teaching methods based on their goals and learning style. I focus on strong fundamentals such as posture, bow control, and note reading before moving to advanced techniques. I also encourage regular practice and provide guidance to improve daily.
I have successfully trained over 150 students, many of whom have gained confidence and improved their skills. I create a comfortable and motivating environment where students feel encouraged. My goal is to make violin learning an enjoyable and meaningful experience.

My teaching approach is student-centred and focused on understanding and consistent practice. I use real-life examples and case studies to explain violin techniques so students can easily relate to what they learn and apply it effectively. I focus on building a strong foundation through posture, finger placement, bow control, and scales, ensuring proper technique from the beginning.
I follow a step-by-step teaching method and adjust my pace according to each student’s learning needs. Communication is an important part of my classes, and I encourage students to interact openly and share their challenges.
I provide continuous feedback and support to guide their improvement. I follow honesty, patience, and dedication in my teaching. In addition to violin, I also teach music theory, ear training, rhythm exercises, and performance skills.
