About David
I am an Operational IT Manager, Project Manager, with over 20 years experience leading and managing IT Support, and Service Desks. I am also a hands on Systems engineer. Currently tutoring and Lecturing at University 1st and 3rd years. I hold a Bachelors of Applied Science in Information Technology, and dual Masters degrees; a Masters of Information Systems Management and a Masters of Business Administration. I have 25 years of teaching and training experience, and aim to tailor a teaching program to assist my students to achieve their aims.
