About Paisley
"Python and JavaScript form the foundation of my daily technical work. I remember the exact day I shifted from building high-frequency trading systems at Jane Street to mentoring others. Teaching remains the most interesting challenge of my 11 years of professional practice. My Bachelor of Science in Math from Princeton provides the framework for how I explain complex algorithms.
I hold an MS in CS that keeps my understanding of databases and backend APIs current. Often, I assist students with data structures or competitive programming hurdles. You might know me as the tutor who keeps things neurodivergent-affirming. I focus on clean code practices and logical problem solving.
My quant background informs every interaction I have with students. I keep explanations straightforward and grounded in reality."
