About Logan

I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 9 years of experience guiding high school and college students towards mastering English. My approach is based on personalised learning, ensuring that each lesson is tailored to meet the student’s individual needs.

I believe that language learning should be practical and engaging. My sessions include interactive discussions, real-life examples, and structured exercises that help students build both understanding and confidence.

I focus on developing strong communication skills, including speaking, writing, and comprehension. I also work closely with students to improve their academic performance and exam readiness.

About the lesson

I teach ESL using a Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving (C³P) framework to create a learning environment that is both engaging and effective. Creativity is encouraged through storytelling, role-play, and interactive projects that inspire students to experiment with language and develop confidence.

Communication is a central focus of my lessons. I engage students in discussions, debates, and collaborative activities that strengthen fluency, comprehension, and articulation of ideas. Compassion is key; I personalise lessons to each learner’s pace and style, ensuring that every student feels supported and motivated.

Problem-solving is integrated into lessons through scenario-based exercises, analytical tasks, and real-life challenges, giving students practical tools to apply English skills logically and confidently. I also teach complementary subjects such as vocabulary building, essay writing, and reading comprehension to provide a holistic learning experience.

By combining these four pillars, my methodology nurtures learners who are confident, creative, empathetic, and capable of applying their English skills in academic, professional, and everyday contexts.
