About Selena
My interest in French began with a love for language and culture. I pursued this by completing my Master’s Degree in French Language Education, where I developed strong communication and teaching skills. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students learn French in a simple and engaging way.
I believe that language learning should be enjoyable and practical. My teaching style focuses on clear explanation, interactive learning, and consistent encouragement. I create a comfortable environment where students feel confident speaking and learning at their own pace. I also adapt my lessons to suit each student’s needs.
I continue to stay connected with French through reading and listening practice. This helps me bring fresh ideas into my lessons. Teaching French is rewarding because I see students grow in confidence and fluency. I aim to help every learner build strong communication skills, improve their understanding, and develop the confidence to use French naturally in daily life.

Learning French becomes easier when students practice using the language in real situations. In my lessons, I begin with simple grammar, basic vocabulary, and pronunciation practice. I use clear explanations and easy examples so students can understand comfortably. This helps build confidence and reduces fear in speaking. The environment is relaxed and supportive, allowing learners to improve naturally.
As students progress, I introduce more structured topics such as verb conjugation, sentence building, and listening skills. I guide them through conversation practice, roleplays, and repetition exercises to improve fluency. Each lesson includes practice and feedback so students can improve step by step and build stronger communication skills.
My goal is to help students feel confident using French in everyday life. Over time, they become more comfortable speaking and understanding the language. This builds both skill and confidence. I support learners in developing strong foundations, improving their fluency, and making French a natural and enjoyable part of their communication and learning journey.
