About Rowan

I’m a Computer Programming tutor with over 3 years of experience helping students understand how software works from the inside. I hold a BSc in Computer Science and Philosophy, which strengthened both my technical knowledge and logical thinking. My goal is to make programming concepts clear, practical, and enjoyable. Coding should feel like solving interesting puzzles.

In my lessons, I often use interactive coding platforms and visual tools to demonstrate how programs run step by step. Students can watch how variables change, how loops repeat actions, and how algorithms process information. Learning becomes active. This helps abstract concepts become easier to understand.

I’m especially passionate about teaching algorithmic thinking, debugging techniques, and efficient problem-solving strategies. These ideas help students think like programmers rather than just memorizing syntax. It builds real confidence.
