About Rini

Hi! I’m Rini, a Biomedical Science and Psychology graduate from Swinburne University of Technology. I started mentoring because I know firsthand how overwhelming university can feel while balancing adulthood, multiple courses, deadlines, and life at the same time.

During university, I also had the opportunity to mentor other students, which really sparked my passion for helping people feel more confident and supported in their studies.

I provide help with psychology, biomedical science, academic writing, assignment structure, study planning, and beginner SPSS/statistics support. My teaching style is supportive, relaxed, and personalized — I believe learning becomes much easier when you feel comfortable, understood, and confident.

University can be hard, but it doesn’t have to feel impossible — and we can make the process more enjoyable together.

About the lesson

My lessons are personalised to each student and focused on creating a supportive, comfortable environment where you can learn without feeling judged or overwhelmed. I understand that university can be stressful — especially while balancing adulthood, work, motivation, and multiple subjects at once — so I aim to make sessions feel approachable, productive, and encouraging. I can help with assignment structure, study planning, academic writing, psychology and biomedical science concepts, and general university guidance. I also focus on helping students build confidence, improve study habits, and feel more organised in their learning. Rather than just memorising content, I like helping students actually understand concepts in a simpler and more engaging way. Every student learns differently, so I adapt lessons based on your pace, goals, and learning style.
