About Kendra
I started off playing Suzuki guitar at age 5, and learned all the classical basics and how to listen and ear train. When I turned 12 I told my mom I wanted to rock and I got my first electric guitar. I have been in 8 different bands playing everything from funk and soul, to country, to hardcore, and just about everything in between.
I have a great understanding of music theory and have learned over the years how to teach it in a way that makes sense and is easy to grasp.
I love songwriting and helping people fulfill their dreams of playing an open mic or learning how to sing and play at the same time.
