About Surendran
A creative thinker, who accepts innovative ideas those, applied in learning, assessment administrative and tutoring activities in modern context of lifelong learning in all the segments of industries including maths and computing at learning in challenging situation. I also have a passion to motivate and lead by example to support people to achieve qualifications. Having a good knowledge and experience in teaching maths and ICT from lower level to GCE AS & A2 level.
Friendly team player handle challenging situations whilst remaining calm and in control especially in a group situation. Working in FE colleges in London as Maths teacher for Functional Skills, GCSE and A level, tutor, LSA, Also had experience in Bahrain; country in Arabian Gulf & Sri Lanka in experience of developing curriculum/ programmes of learning and of planning & delivering, on a roll-on, roll-off programme for 18+ candidates. I strongly believe in continuous learning throughout the life of every one to update and fill their skills gap that created by rapid growth of technology.
