Hi, I’m Amy —Owner of Sea Love Surf. As a lifelong surfer and surf coach with over 30 years of experience riding waves and teaching about the world of surfing. Surfing is a way of life and a powerful path to confidence, connection, and well-being. I’m passionate about helping my students feel safe, empowered, and joyful in the water by combining solid technique with mindfulness, breathwork, and ocean awareness. My coaching style is patient, personalized, and supportive — I meet you exactly where you are and help you grow at your own pace. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, I bring deep knowledge, professionalism, and a genuine love for the ocean to every session. Whether it’s your first time paddling out or you’re ready to refine your skills, I offer personalized surf coaching that blends technique, ocean safety, and mindset tools like breathwork and visualization. With 30+ years of surfing experience, I bring a warm, supportive approach that makes learning fun, stress-free, and deeply rewarding. My sessions include on-land practice, guided ocean practice, and real-time in-water feedback, video sessions & review, cross training, equipment guidance — helping you surf better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with the ocean. All levels welcome.

I can't recommend Amy enough. I was taking surf lessons with various instructors for months but was stalling a little with my progress. Since I started taking lessons with Amy, I've been able to improve my technique. I love the group lessons because it allows me to practice getting out in the water while building confidence, and I get to meet cool people! I appreciate Amy's style. From her instruction in the water to being able to watch myself on video - it's all helping a ton! If you're looking for recurring surf lessons to get better fast, book a private lesson with Amy. Details
I don’t offer a free 30 mins session but we can evaluate and assess your needs prior on the phone for up to 30 mins. You must book atleast 1.5 hours for $200 per lesson minimum. I prefer $250 for 2 hours until we work together regularly 3-6 times a month.
