About Carlos
I am a Medical Surgeon passionate about sports, thanks to specialized studies on my own and my own experience practicing calisthenics, I have the ability to instruct beginner and advanced athletes in matters of:
-Technique and progression for different Calisthenics and Bodybuilding exercises
-Planning of training according to your goals
-Increase of resistance, strength, performance, balance, coordination and mobility
-Nutrition
-Prevention and rehabilitation of injuries

Based on my knowledge of Anatomy, Sports Physiology, Basic Traumatology and Physical Conditioning based on evidence, design a plan according to the needs, availability, experience and limitations of the client. This plan is preceded by a relevant evaluation and accompanied by a teaching process that will make the client understand the why and how of the aspects of the plan. On the other hand, I am also available for specific inquiries without the need to generate a plan.
