About Bharat
I am a B.Sc. graduate in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA and have furthered my learning through two years of Master's-level study at Kaivalyadhama. Along the way, I have also completed certifications including RYT 500, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, and introductory courses in psychology. For me, yoga is much more than a physical practice. It is a space where we can pause, reconnect with ourselves, and return to a sense of balance amidst the demands of daily life. Through asana, pranayama, meditation, and deep relaxation practices, I aim to gently guide individuals on an inward journey towards greater awareness, stillness, and overall well-being.

I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. Whether the practice is gentle or challenging, the goal remains the same to help you feel better, more energized, aware, confident, and relaxed. My sessions combine asana, pranayama, meditation, mindfulness, and deep relaxation practices, drawing from different yoga traditions to support overall well-being and help you reconnect with yourself.
