A bodymind practise, the voice is is an excellent way to connect to ourselves. It refines our self-expression and also aids with ear training/ music theory, instrument learning and beyond!
Lessons may include stretching and warming up muscle groups, breathwork, vocal warmups and using the body percussively.
Learn to jam along to your favourite songs; explore your own artistry and express yourself through instrument and voice; prep for exams; build confidence and connect to your own innate and unique creativity!
