About Dottie

I have a fun personality and a fun approach to life. I enjoy teaching and having fun while at it. I am quite knowledgeable, which I believe comes from the fact that I majored in History too in college and teach History too. I have been described as organised before. We are going to make a great team.

About the lesson

My lessons involve teaching the 'how' and 'why'. I will not use the cramming method. I will help you speak standard Swahili spoken in all Swahili speaking countries. I teach Swahili as my full-time job, so you are assured of learning all the new trends in Swahili. My lessons are friendly to all levels of competency and all ages. I have students as old as 75 years and as young as 8 years.
