I am very passionate about swim lessons and. have swam my entire life. Most of my teenage years have been dedicated to learning how to swim and learning how to teach it!

Learn correct form for competitive swimming!! Learn different techniques to help you understand why you aren’t gettingcertain skills. A typical lesson would be 30 minutes following an 8 day program where we focus on a different stroke a day. We also talked about learn your goals with swimming.
