About Ingrid
My name is Ingrid, and for eight years I competed in swimming. Two years ago, I started coaching the swim team.
I have worked with swimmers of all ages, but novices ranging in age from 4 to 14 make up the majority of the swimmers with whom I have spent the most time.
I want them to enjoy the water as much as I do and to feel secure doing so. Additionally, this would be a fantastic chance for them to advance in their swimming career.
I am bilingual in Spanish and English, so I can teach you in both languages.

ABOUT THE LESSON
I love the water and used to be a competitive swimmer. Being water safe, or feeling secure and at ease in the water, is one of my coaching objectives.
- Learn all the strokes and techniques.
- Learn how to breathe safely in the water.
- Learn the steps of a dive.
- Ages 3 to 18.
- 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour lesson.
