Whether your goal is to become water safe or improve on your skills from beginner to triathlete to competitive swimmer, the lessons will be tailored to your goals and reaching them. Have worked with all levels in the sport ranging from toddlers, to competitive swimmers ranging from beginners through Olympic Trials Qualifiers, to triathletes/ironmen/ironwomen looking to improve their efficiency to be able to complete the rest of the race with more energy.
