About Mariana
I’m Mariana Cabezas, a swim instructor with over 30 years of experience teaching babies, children, and families. My method is grounded in connection, presence, and deep respect for each child’s rhythm and emotional world. I specialize in aquatic survival and early water adaptation for babies as young as 3.5 months. Over the years, I’ve developed a unique approach that blends technical skill with mindfulness and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), creating a space where learning to swim becomes a journey of trust, bonding, and inner confidence. For me, water is more than a physical medium — it’s a sacred place where transformation happens. I guide each student with patience, intuition, and heart.

With years of experience teaching babies, children, and families, I offer a unique and mindful approach to swimming.
