About Irving
I am a certified sports coach at level 3, I have been swimming since I was 8 years old and I participated in Nationals and National Olympics. I have been teaching for 5 years as Professor and 3 years as Sports coach at IMCUFIDE, Sport City and Ixt Sharks.

My teaching system is based on recreational activities if the student is in sensitive stages, completing the setting for the aquatic environment. Technical aspects from the age of 11 for the coherent and systematic development based on verifiable theoretical bases. Always respecting the individual characteristics of the student. This in pedagogical teaching, in case of being competitive training or high performance, a planning is created with particular training systems to the test to which they will perform. They can be (R1 / R2) (USRTP) (Energy systems) or (Color Zone Urbanchek)
