About Sydney

Over the past year, I've tutored many students in psychology, specializing in AP Psychology, Intro to Psychology, and Social Psychology. I also assist with English paper revisions, focusing on a student-centered approach tailored to individual learning styles

A session with me is focused on your needs. We'll start by briefly clarifying everything you're struggling with or need for the session. Then, if no material is provided, I’ll present the information explicitly, ensuring every question is answered and leaving room for review. Having been a student and received tutoring, I aim to make sessions comfortable and productive! If you struggle with large student-to-teacher ratios or have trouble focusing, my style is aimed to ensure you thoroughly understand each concept. I can do a full lesson review or focus on a particular assignment. As a student researcher at Howard University, I've contributed to studies and presentations. I’m proud to say I’ve received 5-star reviews from clients, many of whom continue to work with me regularly. Additionally, I'm known for my availability and reliability, often assisting students with last-minute exam preparation.
