About Lisa
I have a career in the security industry however have been doing photography on the side for the last 7 years. I have spent much of this time helping others develop the way I developed myself! My experience thus far has been model portfolios, fashion photography for small businesses, and the occasional commercial photography.
Photography is a passion of mine, however I do like to keep it as a source of joy rather than rely on it for income. My philosophy is that as soon as something creative becomes work, it seeps the joy out of the activity I love. For this reason, I create my own work!
My experience is periodical and casual - if you'd like the guidance of a seasoned and industry-refined photographer who will tell you how it's done with no room for adjustment, then I'm not your gal.

My teaching method is as flexible as it needs to be - depending on my students, I can adjust my approach to however I believe they'll learn best. This can be a casual catch-up setting discussing lighting techniques, composition, etc, or I can create a specific program with set steps to take you through the basics of fashion photography.
