My name is Parnaz, and I am a passionate swimming and synchronized swimming coach with over 22 years of experience. I have had the pleasure of coaching individuals of all age groups, from young children to seasoned athletes, and I am deeply committed to helping my students achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Swimming and synchronized swimming are not just my professions, they are my life's work. The pool is my home, and I am dedicated to helping my students discover the joy and benefits of these incredible sports. As one of the founders of Synchro in Iran, I have devoted myself to promoting and growing the sport, and I am proud to have helped many athletes achieve success at the national and international level. As a coach, I am not simply focused on developing athletic prowess - I am also dedicated to nurturing the overall health and well-being of my students. I view myself as a life trainer and health coach, empowering individuals to live their best lives both in and out of the pool.
