About Scottie
Music happens when I turn a rough idea into a finished song. Most people assume that production requires expensive gear, but simplicity remains the most powerful tool. I earned my BA in Music from the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music to understand the technical side of sound.
After 8 years of creating, I know how to navigate complex digital environments. My technical focus covers synthesis and sound design, vocal production, and tuning.
I also teach stem and session prep alongside beat-making and drum programming. Recording and tracking are essential, as are the fundamentals of mixing.
Aspiring artists and career switchers often find my practical style helpful. Independent artists and beginners benefit from my honest, specific feedback loop. This systematic approach ensures a repeatable process for every musician.
