About Antonia

*Antonia (she/her) is a relationship-centric systems thinker working with clients to facilitate access to their embedded knowledge, unique path, deeper source of energy, empowerment and future vision/s.*

I specialise in collaboratively bringing your hidden ideas and insights to the surface in a way that is recognisable and useful to you.

I approach sessions as your mirror with a memory, drawing on the bridges and constellations of information developed within our sessions together, and checking in with you to see what’s applicable as you shape your material life and vision.

My unique methodology combines my 15 years experience working as a creative producer with ongoing anti-oppressive education, my commercial work as a culture, organisation and leadership development consultant, coach training and four years of practice working 1:1 with individuals, organisations and businesses.

I am a Coach for Artists & Creatives, working with talented individuals who are seeking support in getting out of their own way and into action towards their goals and dreams. I had recently launched my business, while simultaneously working full time as a personal assistant for a high level creative team. Working with Antonia was significant to the development of my interdependent creative practice as a multidisciplinary Artist. We met weekly for 11+ months while I was in the process of shaping a practice that blurred the lines of Architecture, Art, and Race. Antonia provided me with a space to think like a visionary seriously and in a way that felt genuine.

About the lesson

Systems & process oriented coaching takes multiple aspects of our identities, environments, relationships and systems we live within into account. Coaching sessions over time will likely touch upon all of these; from the dream/ essential level all the way to structural and systemic factors at play.

Each session is designed around what would feel like a successful outcome to you and we'd ground any learnings with actionable next steps.

My clients are system changers, purpose-led practitioners, artists and/or people who have experienced a glimmer of something important they’d like to weave more significantly and sustainably into their lives.

Consent-Based/

Sessions are client-led and only the client holds the inner knowledge on what they are working towards and how to get there. The coach simply offers the tools to facilitate this process and is “walking behind” the client on the journey. Consent will be set up in the original session and form part of the core practice of the coach and how they structure sessions via permissioning.

Liberatory & Anti-Oppressive/

Bringing awareness to power dynamics, structures, and situational contexts if appropriate, in order to see clearly the scope of what is being encountered and the strategies that might be needed to boost empowerment.

Inclusive & Trauma-Informed/

Sessions will be conducted with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and trauma histories. Establishing clarity around emotional safety, boundaries, support networks and aftercare are all part of the early stages of our work together.

Embodied and Dream Aware/

Acknowledging the body and the unconscious/ dream as part of our work together.
