About Rachel
I had the opportunity to graduate 1st DAN at the house of Kukkiwon taekwondo under the teaching of a Korean 7th DAN teacher and judge/referee while studying 1 year in South Korea.
I currently work at the school that introduced me to Taekwondo and I train in high performance in my state.
I work hand in hand with my coach and head of the school where I train to improve the children's classes and training and direct them towards a sporting life in which they are motivated to become future athletes.

Hi, I'm Rachel.
Are you looking to improve your fitness, strengthen your mind and learn self-defense?
My classes are adapted to all levels, from beginners to white belts, to training for black belts. You don't need to be an expert to start in this sport.
Starting with general warm-ups to begin training basic techniques with real-time corrections.
Exercises to practice and improve 'Poomsae' (forms), where you can learn the basic forms, defenses, kichos and taeguk.
In addition to techniques and tools for those looking to improve in Kyorugui (combats) and have better performance.
