About Sahil
I am a 1st Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo with 8–9 years of training experience and national-level refereeing experience. I have coached students of all levels including kids, beginners, and advanced practitioners.
I specialize in Taekwondo training, fitness conditioning, self-defense, sparring, and poomsae. My focus is on building discipline, confidence, strength, and overall fitness.
I am currently a final-year B.Pharm student, which adds strong knowledge of human anatomy and health to my coaching approach.
