About Cristina
Through the Chinese practice of Tai Chi we can develop our body and mind, seek relaxation and the way to understand our thoughts.
By the Wu San Dji Tao line, "the path of the spiritual warrior", we exercise the balance between bodily work, universe and the nature that surrounds us.
When starting classes I try to understand the goals and paths of each person, as well as clarify any doubts. We do a little warm-up, the practice of Tai Chi movements and finally we read and comment one poem from the book "Tao te ching", a book that serves as a basis for the philosophy of Taoism (essence of Zen Buddhism).

I started the journey through the world of holistic therapies and self-knowledge many years ago, always trying to understand more of what it is to look at the human being as a whole.
Through Humaniversidade Holistica I graduated from Naturopathy and Massage Therapy, as a Body and HolisticTherapist.
And by Espaço Caminho da Luz as a Tai Chi Chuan and Yoga Instructor.
I have been studying and practicing the basis of traditional Chinese medicine for 6 years looking for prevention and therapeutic treatment, improving quality of life and vitality.
