About Matteo
I am a skilled piano tutor with over 9 years of teaching experience. I teach students from school level to college and working professionals. I believe learning piano should be simple, enjoyable, and effective.
My teaching style focuses on clear explanation, patience, and understanding student needs. I design lessons that match each student’s level and help them progress step by step. I ensure students feel confident and motivated.
I also teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises along with piano. These help students improve their musical knowledge and performance. I include practical and creative learning methods.
My strength is making complex ideas easy to understand. I help students build discipline, improve technique, and develop confidence. I also guide them in maintaining regular practice.
I create a friendly and positive learning environment. My aim is to help students enjoy piano and continue learning with interest.

Through open communication, I understand the student’s strengths, challenges, and interests, allowing me to design lessons that are effective, personalised, and fun.
Creativity is a core part of my approach. Students are encouraged to improvise, compose, and experiment with various musical styles, helping them build originality and confidence. Flexibility ensures lessons are adapted to the student’s pace, skill level, and learning preferences, making progress steady, enjoyable, and stress-free.
Alongside piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This integrated approach develops technical proficiency, expressive skills, and musical understanding. My goal is to nurture confident, creative, and passionate musicians who love exploring and performing music.
