My Teaching approach is educating my clients with how the body works as far as metabolism, muscular physiology, recovery, speed and endurance training and developing mental motivation to accomplish goal setting. I give physical demonstrations, physical cueing and exercise motivation

Exercise Physiologist.

Performing diagnostic testing for both pulmonary and cardiology patients for diseases such as COPD, Emphysema, asthma, and deconditioned aerobic cardio capacity using pulmonary functional and cardiopulmonary exercise testing via stationary bicycle. Monitoring for heart and coronary vascular abnormalities under stress using ECG, Blood Pressure, RHR, and O2 saturation. Consult with MD when needed about patient status/results. Provide exercise prescription based on results of tests
