About Tali

I am a 16-year-old competitive dancer from New Jersey who began dancing at the age of three. I train at Allied Performing Arts Center, where I have developed a strong foundation in contemporary, jazz, ballet, Latin ballroom, hip hop, jazz funk, tap, and acrobatics. I also serve as Junior Faculty at Allied Performing Arts Center, assisting with technique instruction, competition rehearsals, and performance preparation. Through teaching, I strive to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where dancers feel comfortable challenging themselves, building confidence, and developing their individual strengths. I believe dance should be both educational and enjoyable, and I love encouraging students to support one another while celebrating their progress. In addition, I am a Junior Choreographer at The Talent Lab, where I have choreographed award-winning competition routines. I have earned multiple scholarships and prodigy titles across numerous conventions and competitions, including Artistic Dance Exchange, Wild Dance Intensive, Starpower, and more. My performance credits include dancing in Disneyland Paris’ “Take Us to the Magic” Parade, serving as a backup dancer in Jessica Lynn’s Christmas Spectacular, and performing in the Middlesex County Fair.

About the lesson

I take my role as a teacher seriously and strive to bring professionalism, preparation, and responsibility into every class I teach. With over 12 years of competitive dance experience, and experience choreographing, I have developed a strong understanding of both dance technique and what it takes to help dancers grow. I am committed to coming prepared, communicating clearly, being attentive to each dancer’s individual needs, and creating a structured but positive learning environment. I want my students to know that while I hold them to high standards, I am also there to support, encourage, and help them become more confident dancers.
