Cooking since I was nine, at home and in Restaurants, Elliott's oyster house,Ruth's Chris,PFCHANGS, just to name a few, I teach traditional Mexican cooking classes at El Centro dela raza a nonprofit organize inSeattle,I prefer one-on-one classes with up to ten ppl. I have a full range of cooking methods, and short cuts,techniques and skills I love to eat and create
Background
My class size varies from 20/6 ppl ages 14 to 65, I've been teaching and volunteering my skills for25 years. My youngest boy has followed in my footsteps, I have seen many of my students succeed, and become Chef's, sous chefs etc
