About Taskin
I am a Canadian citizen who grew up in Scarborough, ON from a young age of 7. I completed the standard elementary and high-school curriculum and went on to graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) in Computer Engineering. Now I am an early-career Network Engineer.
I have a background in teaching grade 11/12 high-school students chemistry and math (functions, calculus)

Teaching method:
1. Clearly convey the principles/theory of a topic. (what, why, when, how)
2. Provide real-life examples of theory being applied. (Historical, current events)
3. Use theory, formulas, understanding and apply them to solve problems preparing for tests/exams as well as real-life scenarios.
4. Constant follow-up and monitoring of progress
Typical lesson:
1. Theory - covers the skeleton of the topic, the background, why it matters, then the crux of the matter.
2. Apply theory to solve problems
3. Further questions to test understanding
Who are the lessons for:
High-school / Early university level students
What sets me apart?
When I was growing up studying in high-school/university, real-world examples of the topics I was learning were often neglected when being taught. I want to change this. I want to make sure my students understand what they are learning, why it is significant, why they should care to learn it, how and where it is used today.
