I take a holistic approach to teaching, understanding that one area of life can impact other areas greatly. Not understanding the fundamentals and foundation of reading can greatly impact other subject areas especially science and social studies. I show up for work on time everyday with a positive attitude prepared to spread positive thinking.

Generally we teach the concept to the whole class and then do small groups instruction with students who are struggling grasping the concept. Individual instruction is vital to a student fully understanding the foundation in order to advance into higher level thinking.
