About Samantha
I graduated from school as an orchestra concert mistress for 6 years, band percussion captain for 2 years, and student choir director for 3 years. Since then, I perform intermittently and take musical groups to play for others: often churches. I taught different instruments privately through a studio and left the job to complete nursing school. Now I teach privately from my home, online, or my student’s homes!

My lessons range from learning the basics of your instrument to perfecting your craft. The lessons are designed to be self-paced with no exact structure for each week; each student growing and practicing at home as well as in the lessons.
My lessons are primarily based around the Essential Elements for Strings book collections, which I also used as a student.
My lessons range from 30 to 60 minutes, and can either be in my home or yours.
Music is supposed to be fun, and I endeavor to make learning as engaging and encouraging as possible!
