About Krishan
I'm a dietician. Being a dietician, it feels good to work on your own body. I know what my body wants and i eat what i need. Training calisthenics has been challenging but once i had my basics cleared, it all made sense. I also want to impart my wisdom onto people who wish to master their bodyweight.

Hello readers,
Have you ever seeing someone doing handstand and pondered, wow man this is something i want to learn. Don't worry i have you covered. I've been doing calisthenics for over 2 years now and it doesn't get any better. You can always master your bodyweight and do stuff that audience could only wish for. You develop insane strength in calisthenics, what's more you can look just like bodybuilders just by using your own bodyweight as a means of building muscle. Go search "planche" and you'll know what I'm talking about. Can't wait to train you beasts.
