About Christopher

I am a classically trained pianist, graduating from the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts in May 2024 with a major in Piano and over 10 years of experience. I have competed in numerous competitions at UNLV and other prestigious venues. My performance history includes a variety of concerts, both solo and ensemble, at esteemed locations such as the Smith Center, the Midwest Clinic, and Ham Hall. About the lesson

I teach any age above the age of 6 and only teach Beginner to Intermediate pianists. For beginners, I typically start by teaching the basic qualities of the piano as well as how to read sheet music and general music theory. For intermediate players, I will normally examine the students' playing skills to determine which path will work best to further improve those skills. My general goal is for my students to develop a love and passion for the piano though for those who wish to go a step further I always attempt to place my students into competitions and various activities that will simply improve their capabilities.
