About Ben
I am a writer, filmmaker, and language nerd. In addition to French, I speak Spanish and some German. Grammar excites the nerd in me, but I'm also fully aware it's not everyone's thing!
I lived in France for a year when I was 20, then got my master's in French at 26. I have traveled to France many times since then, especially when I was living in Germany until 2019. I listen to podcasts and news programs in French to stay connected to my passion for the language.

I really love communicative approach to teaching French. My goal is to have you speak and use what you're learning as much as possible, and hear me speaking in French as much as possible.
My lessons are best for beginner to intermediate students who are learning grammar and vocabulary.
