About Richard
I am a player with a passion for coaching, and my motto is coach the way I wish I was coached. I grew up with a lot of favoritism that really stunted my growth in my little league years, but I also had coaches who saw my potential. I want to be a coach who wants kids to keep playing and not be held back by a coach who doesn't see their potential.

I can teach a mixture of portions
-Fielding (from any position)
-Pitching (and certain grips on the ball for older players)
-Hitting (Beginner focused or even more advanced)
I can also include warm-up routines with various equipment or no equipment, and even workout routines.
I have 3+ years of coaching youth baseball and 15+ years of playing experience.
